Conversion to 3-bed holiday let in Brighton
Located in central Brighton, close to the shops and the hustle and bustle in a quiet residential area.
The flat had an awkward bedroom room that was accessed from the lounge, to then access the patio. We reconfigured the layout to enter the bedroom from the hall and added sliding bi-fold doors in the open plan living area to open it up to the patio.
